Refund policy

1) REFUNDS

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Delivery failure or excessive delay by our shipping partners, with cancellation requested.
  • Dispatch delay of over 15 days, with cancellation requested.

To request cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details. 

IMPORTANT:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placement. Make sure you reach out to us within this time frame, if you wish to cancel.
  • Refunds for delivery issues are processed only after the shipping team’s confirmation.
  • No refunds for failed or delayed deliveries due to customer error/unavailability.
  • Refunds apply to the amount paid, not the MRP.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

2) REPLACEMENTS

We provide free 5-day replacements for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.

REPLACEMENT TERMS:

Please record a unboxing video for all packages and also take images of the original packaging. Share these with all replacement requests.

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective share full product image and close-ups of the defect. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
  • Size Mismatches: If the delivered size differs from our size chart share images measuring the length and chest using an inch tape within 5 days. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you’ve received a wrong product share full product image, and close-ups of the design. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
  • Color Mismatches: Minor color variations due to screen/display differences are not eligible for replacement.

CONDITIONS:

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

KIND REQUEST

  • If you notice any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

3) SIZE EXCHANGES

We offer free 5-day exchanges for fitting issues (only applicable for garments i.e., Unisex Classic Tees, Unisex Oversized Tees and Crop Tops).

  • Free for up to 2 garments per order.
  • After that, a nominal exchange fee of ₹99 per item applies.

Only after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through quality check, will you be able to order a different size. If applicable, exchange fee will have to be paid first.

CONDITIONS:

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact to pass quality check.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges can only be processed once per order.
  • One item can only be exchanged once.
  • If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If pickup is unavailable for the pin code, the customer must ship the items back.

4) RETURNS

If for any reason you’re unhappy with the product, you can return it and get something else.

  • Free for up to 2 items per order.
  • After that, a nominal exchange fee of ₹99 per item applies.

Only after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through quality check, will you be able to order a different product. If applicable, exchange fee will have to be paid first.

  • Returns can only be processed once per order.
  • One item can only be exchanged once.
  • New product should be of the same or higher value.

POLICY NOTE

We may reject refund, replacement, exchange, or return requests if the above conditions aren’t met. We reserve the right to modify our policies without prior intimation.
